Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 January 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the IrishDrivingTests.com service provided via irishdrivingtests.com ("IrishDrivingTests.com", "we", "us" or "our"). By signing up for or using our driving test cancellation finder service ("Service"), you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms by posting revisions on our website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Definitions
In these Terms:
- "RSA" means the Road Safety Authority (the Irish government agency responsible for driving tests).
- "Service" refers to IrishDrivingTests.com's driving test cancellation finding service, which searches for and/or books earlier driving test slots on your behalf.
- "Auto Book Mode" refers to the Service option where IrishDrivingTests.com automatically books an available earlier test for you without confirmation.
- "Manual Mode" (or "Alert Mode") refers to the option where we notify you of an available test and you must confirm before booking.
You must be at least 17 years old to use this Service (or the applicable minimum driving age if higher). By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Service Description and User Responsibilities
2.1 Prerequisite – Existing RSA Booking
Our Service is only available to customers who already have a practical driving test booked with the RSA. You must provide us with a valid current driving test booking to enable the Service. If you do not have a test booked, you must first book one through the RSA before using IrishDrivingTests.com.
2.2 Information Required
To use IrishDrivingTests.com, you will need to provide accurate and up-to-date information including:
- Your full name and driving licence number (as required to access the RSA system).
- Your current driving test booking reference number (or theory test pass number) and details of your existing test appointment.
- Your contact details: a valid email address and mobile telephone number (for Service communications).
- Your preferences for earlier tests: the acceptable date range within which you are able to take an earlier test, and up to a specified number of preferred test centres (e.g. up to 3 test locations).
- Your choice of Service mode: whether you opt for Auto Book Mode or Manual (notification) Mode.
It is critical that you provide correct information and keep it updated. We rely on the details you give us to perform the Service. We accept no responsibility for losses or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you supply (for example, an incorrect licence number or unavailable date preferences).
By providing the above information, you authorize IrishDrivingTests.com to use it to search the RSA booking system for driving test slots and (if Auto Book is selected) to change your driving test reservation on your behalf. You also consent to being contacted by us via the provided email and/or mobile number for Service-related notifications.
2.3 No Multiple Services
You agree not to use any other driving test cancellation finder services or automated bots simultaneously with IrishDrivingTests.com, and not to manually search the RSA system yourself while our Service is active on your behalf.
The RSA imposes limits on search frequency for each user account, and using multiple services at once can hinder our ability to find slots for you. If you do use another service or conduct manual searches that interfere with IrishDrivingTests.com's searches, we will not be responsible for any reduced effectiveness of our Service, and any refund guarantees or commitments may be void in such cases. In these circumstances, any fees paid to us will be treated as a non-refundable administrative charge for the effort already spent.
2.4 Keep Login Credentials Secure
If we provide you with an account on our website/portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your IrishDrivingTests.com account with others. Each account is meant to be used for one individual's test booking only (the licence holder named on the account). Using the Service for someone else's test or sharing access is not permitted and may result in suspension.
2.5 Test Eligibility and Preparedness
It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible and prepared for any driving test appointment we secure for you. This includes showing up on time at the correct test centre with the required documents (e.g. provisional licence) and a suitable vehicle for the test.
IrishDrivingTests.com is not responsible for any test that you cannot attend or that is cancelled by the examiner due to your failure to meet RSA requirements (for example, forgetting your licence or the test car being not roadworthy). We simply facilitate the rescheduling of your test date; we do not provide driving instructors, vehicles, or insurance for the test.
3. How the Service Works
3.1 Automatic Booking (Auto Book Mode)
If you select Auto Book Mode, IrishDrivingTests.com will automatically secure the first available driving test cancellation slot that meets your specified criteria (falls within your acceptable date range and is at one of your chosen test centres). We will not contact you for approval before booking in Auto mode.
By opting for Auto Book, you expressly authorize us to change your RSA test booking to an earlier date without further confirmation from you. Once our system finds a matching slot, it will immediately book that test for you and send you a confirmation notification (via SMS and/or email) with the details of the new test appointment. The RSA should also send you a new test confirmation by email or update your booking on their website; you should check and ensure the change is reflected in the RSA system after we notify you.
3.2 Service Completion (Auto Book Mode)
For Auto Book Mode users, service completion is defined as the successful booking of an earlier driving test on your behalf within your specified date range. As soon as we have booked an earlier test that meets your criteria, our Service is considered fully delivered and fulfilled. Our service obligation is complete once an earlier test has been booked (see Section 4 on Satisfaction Policy).
If you decide after auto-booking that the new test date is unsuitable, it is your responsibility to cancel or change that appointment directly with the RSA (through the RSA website or contact centre). IrishDrivingTests.com's obligation will have been met by finding and booking that slot, and any further changes you require are outside the scope of the Service. In such cases, if you wish to find a different date, you would need to purchase a new IrishDrivingTests.com Service contract for a new search. We are not liable for any failure on your part to attend the re-booked test or for any consequences of you missing the appointment.
3.3 Notification of Booking
When an automatic booking is made, we will inform you via text message (SMS) as soon as possible after the booking has been confirmed by the RSA. This notification will include the new test date, time, and location. You should also receive an official confirmation from the RSA; if you do not, please log in to the RSA system to verify your new test details and contact us if there is any discrepancy.
3.4 Manual Notification (Manual Mode)
If you select Manual Mode (sometimes called "Alert Mode" or "Manual Booking"), IrishDrivingTests.com will not automatically change your test date. Instead, we will send you a notification (typically via SMS, and possibly email) when we find an earlier test slot that matches your preferences. We may hold or reserve that slot for a short period (if technically feasible) while awaiting your response. You will be given a defined timeframe (for example, 10 minutes from the time we send the notification) to reply and confirm that you want to book the offered test.
The notification will include instructions on how to accept the slot (for example, replying with a keyword or clicking a link).
If you respond affirmatively within the allowed time and according to the instructions, we will proceed to book the test slot on your behalf and send you confirmation. If you do not reply in time, or if you decline the offered date, we will assume that the slot is not suitable for you and we will release it to other candidates. We will then continue searching for other cancellations within your date range. You will not be charged extra for continued searching during your subscription period.
3.5 No Guarantee of Slot Availability (Manual Mode)
In Manual Mode, we cannot guarantee that an alerted test slot will still be available by the time you respond. All driving test cancellations are booked on a first-come-first-served basis on the RSA system. It is possible that a slot we notify you about may be taken by someone else (another candidate or another service) if you do not respond quickly.
IrishDrivingTests.com accepts no liability if a specific cancellation opportunity expires or is taken because you did not respond in time or did not see the alert (see Section 5 on Communications). We also do not guarantee that we will find a slot that precisely matches all your preferences; we search within the range you provide, but availability depends on cancellations released by others, which is outside our control.
If we are unable to successfully book any earlier test for you (for example, because every time we find one you do not confirm in time or it gets taken), the Service will still be considered to have been provided to the best of our ability. The satisfaction guarantee applies to paid plans if you are not satisfied with our service.
3.6 Default to Auto Book
If you do not explicitly choose Manual Mode during sign-up or in your account settings, the Service will operate in Auto Book Mode by default. Auto Book maximizes your chances of securing a cancellation by removing the delay in waiting for your confirmation. You can switch modes in your preferences prior to us finding a slot, but once a slot is auto-booked or offered, the mode in effect at that time will govern the outcome.
4. Payment, Fees, and Satisfaction Policy
4.1 Service Fee
Upon registration, you are required to pay the applicable service fee (as advertised on our website or app) for IrishDrivingTests.com's cancellation finding service. The fee may depend on the plan or mode you select (e.g. manual alert-only service vs. auto-book service).
All fees are stated in Euros (EUR) and include any applicable VAT. Payment must be made in full before the Service commences. We reserve the right to change our pricing or introduce new charges, but no price change will affect you after you have already paid for a current Service term. Any future renewals or new purchases would reflect then-current prices.
4.2 RSA Fees
Our Service fee does not include the RSA driving test fee. You must have already paid the RSA for your existing test appointment (or any new appointment). We are not charging you for the test itself, only for our monitoring/rebooking service.
If, in some cases, IrishDrivingTests.com facilitates the booking of a new test that requires payment (such as if your original test was cancelled by RSA, and a new booking must be paid), you will be responsible for the RSA fee. We will never charge your payment method for RSA fees without your authorization.
Any additional RSA charges, such as surcharges for certain test times or days, will either be passed on to you or require your payment directly to RSA. We will inform you if such a situation arises.
4.4 Service Completion
If an earlier test slot is successfully booked for you within your date range (and in accordance with your other specified preferences), then our Service has been successfully delivered. Our service obligation is fulfilled once we find and offer you a suitable test slot that meets your criteria.
In other words, once we have booked an earlier test that you were eligible for, our service obligation is fulfilled. Even if you miss the test or later decide you did not want that particular date, the core service (getting you an earlier slot) was provided as agreed.
4.7 Processing Fees
In general, any optional add-on fees are non-refundable once the service has begun.
Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable processing fees in certain cases where a refund may be applicable – for example, a small transaction charge to cover payment processing costs. Any such fee would be disclosed at the time of processing.
4.5 Satisfaction Policy
Our Service is considered successfully delivered once we find and offer you a matched driving test slot within your specified date range and preferences. The satisfaction guarantee applies to paid plans and means we will work with you to find a resolution if you are not satisfied with our service.
Satisfaction Guarantee (Paid Plans): All paid IrishDrivingTests.com plans (Lite, Premium, and Premium Plus) include a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. This may include extended monitoring, additional support, or other remedies at our discretion. This guarantee does not automatically entitle you to a refund, but we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our service. The Free plan does not include a satisfaction guarantee.
Specifically:
- Service Completion: If we successfully locate an earlier driving test that meets your criteria and offer it to you (whether in Auto Book Mode or Manual Mode), our service obligation is fulfilled, even if you decline the test, miss the test, or later decide you cannot attend.
- Satisfaction Guarantee (Paid Plans): If you purchased a paid plan and are not satisfied with our service, we will work with you to find a resolution. This may include extended monitoring, additional support, or other remedies at our discretion.
- Service Completion: The Service is considered complete and fulfilled the moment we find and offer a suitable test slot that matches your preferences. Your acceptance or attendance of that test is not a condition for our service delivery.
Many customers do find earlier tests. All paid plans include a satisfaction guarantee where we will work with you to find a resolution if you are not happy with our service.
You may still be eligible for a refund under the 14-day Cooling-Off period (see below) or in extenuating circumstances at our discretion. Our satisfaction guarantee means we will work with you to find a resolution, but there is no automatic refund promise once a suitable test has been found and offered.
4.9 14-Day Cooling-Off and Service Commencement
Under Irish and EU consumer law (European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, S.I. No. 484/2013), you have the right to cancel your purchase of our Service for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the Service has not yet begun.
However, IrishDrivingTests.com's Service typically begins immediately after payment and receipt of your details, as we start searching for cancellations right away. By signing up and paying, you acknowledge that we will begin providing the Service immediately and that your 14-day cancellation right will end as soon as the Service begins.
For clarity, the Service is considered to have begun once we start actively monitoring for earlier test slots on your behalf, which is usually as soon as payment is completed and your search preferences are set up. If you wish to preserve your 14-day cancellation right, you should instruct us not to start the Service until the 14-day period elapses; otherwise, by allowing us to proceed, you waive the automatic refund right if the service has started and been fulfilled.
If you cancel within 14 days and we have not begun the Service (for example, you cancel immediately and we have not yet done any searching), we will provide a full refund. If we have partially provided the Service (for example, some searching has occurred) and you cancel within 14 days, we may, to the extent permitted by law, deduct a pro-rated amount for the portion of Service provided up to the point of cancellation.
After 14 days, the satisfaction guarantee for paid plans applies if you are not satisfied with our service.
4.10 Chargebacks
We value customer satisfaction and encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues. If you dispute a payment through your bank or card issuer (a "chargeback") without first contacting us to resolve the issue, and the chargeback is not justified, we reserve the right to charge you an administrative fee to cover the costs we incur from the dispute process. This fee may be up to €25.
These chargeback fees, if applicable, will be invoiced to you. We will waive such fee if the chargeback was due to a legitimate fraud or error issue beyond your control.
4.11 Subscription Duration and Reuse
IrishDrivingTests.com's standard service is typically valid until either:
- an earlier test is booked for you; or
- your original test date is reached,
whichever comes first.
Some plans may allow continued searching even after a booking (for example, unlimited finds until you pass your test). Please refer to the specific plan details you purchased.
If your plan allows use until you pass, you can continue to use the Service for subsequent test bookings (for example, if you fail a test and book a new one, your account may remain active). Otherwise, once we have successfully brought forward your test (or the service period ends), our obligation is complete.
Using the Service for a new or additional test may require a new purchase or re-subscription fee (if offered). Re-subscription at a discounted rate may be available in some cases.
5. Communications and Notifications
5.1 Method of Contact
By using the Service, you agree that IrishDrivingTests.com may contact you via the email address and mobile phone number you provided for Service-related notifications. This includes sending you SMS/text messages and/or emails to:
- Inform you of available earlier test slots;
- Obtain your confirmation for bookings (if on Manual Mode);
- Confirm any bookings made (especially in Auto Book Mode); and
- Provide any other essential updates about your service status.
5.2 Notification Delivery Disclaimer
While we strive to send timely and effective notifications, IrishDrivingTests.com cannot guarantee the successful delivery or receipt of any SMS or email alerts. The delivery of messages is dependent on third-party telecommunications networks and email service providers, which are outside of our control. Messages may be delayed or fail for reasons such as network outages, coverage issues, phone settings, spam filters, or technical problems.
Accordingly, we are not responsible or liable for any missed opportunities (including lost test slots) if a notification is delayed, not delivered, or not noticed by you.
5.3 Your Responsibilities for Alerts
It is your responsibility to ensure that you can receive our notifications and act on them promptly.
Device Settings: You must configure your mobile device to receive alerts – for example, make sure you do not have text messages or our number/email blocked, and that your phone is not set to silent mode or Do Not Disturb at the times you are expecting alerts. IrishDrivingTests.com is not liable for notifications you miss because your device was on silent, in Do Not Disturb mode, turned off, or otherwise prevented from alerting you of incoming messages.
Contact Information: You must provide us with a valid and active email and mobile number and keep these up to date. If you change your number or email, you need to update your IrishDrivingTests.com account or inform us immediately. We are not responsible if notifications are sent to an outdated or incorrect contact due to your failure to notify us of changes.
Check Spam/Promotions: Check your email spam or junk folder periodically to ensure our emails were not filtered. Mark our emails as "not spam" if necessary. Similarly, ensure that SMS from us are not blocked by your phone or carrier.
Prompt Response: Especially in Manual Mode, acting quickly is crucial. We cannot hold a RSA slot indefinitely. If you receive an alert that requires confirmation and you want the slot, respond exactly as instructed and as swiftly as possible. We are not responsible if a delay on your end causes you to lose a booking opportunity.
5.4 No Liability for User Negligence
IrishDrivingTests.com will make reasonable efforts to send out notifications as described, but we assume no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by your failure to receive, read, or respond to our notifications. This includes, for example, situations where you missed a driving test because you did not see the booking confirmation we sent, or you lost a slot because you did not reply in time. The Service is a facilitation tool, but it ultimately relies on you to pay attention to communications.
5.5 Alternate Notification Channels
We primarily use SMS and email. In some cases, we might use other channels for alerts if provided (such as WhatsApp, Viber, or similar). The same disclaimers apply to any channel: we are not responsible for the reliability of those third-party messaging services.
We will consider a notification delivered once we send it to the contact method you gave us.
If you have any issues receiving notifications, please contact our support for assistance. We may be able to provide manual updates or confirm booking status if needed, but it remains your duty to ensure you can be reached.
6. No Affiliation with RSA – Important Legal Notice
6.1 Independent Third-Party Status
IrishDrivingTests.com is an independent third-party service provider. We are not associated, affiliated, endorsed, approved, recommended, or in any way officially connected with the Road Safety Authority (RSA), RSA.ie, or any Irish government department or agency. The RSA is the official agency responsible for driving tests and manages the booking system.
Our Service operates by accessing the RSA booking system on your behalf using the credentials and authorisation you voluntarily provide to us. We act solely as your authorised agent for the limited purpose of monitoring and managing your driving test booking.
6.2 RSA Terms of Use and April 2026 Regulatory Changes
You expressly acknowledge and understand that:
- The RSA's terms and conditions state that driving test candidates should manage their own bookings directly through the official RSA system.
- The RSA does not endorse, recommend, or approve the use of third-party services such as IrishDrivingTests.com to manage driving test bookings.
- From April 2026, the RSA is implementing new rules and regulations regarding driving test bookings which may further restrict or prohibit the use of third-party booking management services.
- By using IrishDrivingTests.com, you may be acting outside of the RSA's recommended practices for managing your own booking.
- IrishDrivingTests.com takes no responsibility whatsoever for any consequences arising from your decision to use a third-party service to manage your RSA booking, including but not limited to any action taken by the RSA against your booking or account.
6.3 Your Voluntary Authorisation and Acknowledgement
By using IrishDrivingTests.com, you expressly and voluntarily:
- Authorise IrishDrivingTests.com to access, monitor, and manage your RSA driving test booking on your behalf using the login credentials and personal information you provide.
- Confirm that you are providing your personal data (including driving licence number, RSA booking reference, and login credentials) of your own free will and without any coercion, deception, or malicious solicitation by IrishDrivingTests.com.
- Acknowledge that you have willingly chosen to use our service despite understanding that the RSA recommends candidates manage their own bookings directly.
- Accept full responsibility for your decision to use a third-party service and understand that this decision is yours alone.
- Agree that IrishDrivingTests.com has not obtained your personal data through any unlawful, deceptive, or malicious means, and that you have voluntarily submitted all information required to use the Service.
- Understand that IrishDrivingTests.com is acting solely on your instructions and with your explicit consent when accessing the RSA system on your behalf.
6.4 No Special Access or Preferential Treatment
By using IrishDrivingTests.com, you acknowledge that we do not have any special influence over the RSA's availability of test slots. Our advantage is in continuous monitoring and quick booking, not in any preferential treatment.
The Service does not guarantee an earlier test will be found, nor can we hold or create slots beyond what the RSA system allows. Cancellations are offered to everyone on a first-come-first-served basis.
6.5 RSA Alternative – Your Right to Self-Manage
You understand and acknowledge that you could search for and book driving test cancellations yourself on the official RSA website at no additional cost (other than the RSA test fee). Our Service is offered purely for your convenience to save you time and effort in checking for cancellations. You are paying for our technology and monitoring service, not for the test itself.
The use of IrishDrivingTests.com is entirely voluntary and is one method to find an earlier test. All driving test candidates have access to the same pool of cancellation slots, whether they use our service, a competing service, or check manually. You have made an informed choice to use our service rather than managing your booking directly.
6.6 RSA Policies, Changes, and Regulatory Compliance
All rescheduled tests obtained through our Service are subject to RSA's rules and terms. This includes policies on short-notice bookings, cancellations, and changes.
For example, RSA's cancellation policy requires a certain amount of notice to avoid forfeiting the test fee. If a test is booked within that window, it may become "non-refundable" if cancelled. IrishDrivingTests.com is not responsible for any RSA fees you lose due to a short-notice booking. If our Auto Book secures a cancellation only a few days away and you later decide to cancel that test, RSA may not refund the test fee; that loss is not the liability of IrishDrivingTests.com. We encourage you to only set an earliest acceptable date that you are confident you can attend, to avoid such situations.
If the RSA itself cancels or changes your test (due to examiner illness, weather, or other reasons on their end), that is beyond our control. We are not RSA and cannot prevent them from postponing or cancelling a test. If RSA cancels your test after we have booked it, we are not obligated to refund our service fee, as our service (finding an earlier slot) was performed.
IrishDrivingTests.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time in response to changes in RSA policies, regulations, or legal requirements, including but not limited to the April 2026 regulatory changes. In such circumstances, refunds will be handled in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
6.7 Limitation of Liability Regarding RSA Actions
IrishDrivingTests.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from:
- Any action taken by the RSA against your driving test booking or account as a result of your use of third-party booking management services.
- Any changes to RSA policies, terms, or regulations that affect your ability to use our Service or your driving test booking.
- Any cancellation, suspension, or modification of your driving test by the RSA for any reason.
- Your decision to use IrishDrivingTests.com instead of managing your booking directly through the RSA system.
7. Data Protection, Privacy, and Lawful Data Handling
7.1 Voluntary Data Submission and Lawful Basis
IrishDrivingTests.com is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland), and all applicable data protection legislation.
By using our Service and agreeing to these Terms, you confirm and acknowledge that:
- You are voluntarily providing your personal data to IrishDrivingTests.com of your own free will.
- You have not been coerced, deceived, or misled into providing your personal information.
- IrishDrivingTests.com has not obtained your data through any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious means.
- You are the rightful owner of the data you provide, or you have proper authorisation to provide it.
- You understand exactly how your data will be used (to access and manage your RSA driving test booking on your behalf).
- You consent to IrishDrivingTests.com using your credentials to access the RSA booking system solely for the purpose of providing the Service you have requested.
The personal data we collect from you includes:
- Your name;
- Contact details (email, phone);
- Driving licence number;
- RSA booking details (test date, centre, booking reference, etc.);
- Any preferences or settings you input.
7.2 Authorised Access and Computer Misuse Act 1990 Compliance
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- By providing your RSA login credentials and personal information, you are granting IrishDrivingTests.com explicit authorisation to access the RSA booking system on your behalf.
- IrishDrivingTests.com's access to the RSA system is made solely with your consent and authorisation, and therefore constitutes authorised access under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
- You are the account holder or have lawful authority to authorise access to the RSA booking account associated with your details.
- IrishDrivingTests.com does not engage in any unauthorised access to computer systems; all access is performed with the explicit consent and authorisation of the user who owns the relevant account.
- You will not make any claim, complaint, or allegation that IrishDrivingTests.com has obtained unauthorised access to any computer system, as you have freely and voluntarily provided the authorisation for such access.
7.3 Use and Sharing of Data
We will only use your personal information for purposes related to providing the Service, administering your account, and communicating with you regarding the Service.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We will not share your data with any third party except where necessary to provide the Service (such as SMS providers) or as required by law.
7.4 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data. This includes:
- Encryption of sensitive fields including credentials and personal identifiers;
- Secure transmission protocols when accessing the RSA system;
- Storage of data on secure, access-controlled servers;
- Regular security reviews and updates to our systems.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk.
7.5 Data Retention
Your personal data will be securely stored for the duration of your use of the Service and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
7.6 User Rights
As a data subject, you have several rights under EU GDPR, including the right to access the data we hold about you, the right to rectify inaccuracies, and in certain cases, the right to have your data erased. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at any time.
For full details of how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranty for Service Outcomes
IrishDrivingTests.com aims to improve your chances of getting an earlier driving test, but we do not guarantee that an earlier test will be found or available.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and representations.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IrishDrivingTests.com and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or these Terms.
8.3 Liability Cap
In all cases, IrishDrivingTests.com's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
8.4 Non-Excludable Liabilities
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. In particular, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
By using the Service, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to resolve any dispute that may arise.
9.2 Changes to Terms
IrishDrivingTests.com may amend these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify active users.
Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using the Service.
9.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and IrishDrivingTests.com regarding the Service.
9.4 Contact Information
If you have any questions about these Terms, or need to contact us for any reason, please do so using the contact details below:

10. Final Acknowledgement and Acceptance

- Voluntary Use: You are using IrishDrivingTests.com entirely of your own free will. No one has forced, coerced, or deceived you into using this Service.
- Voluntary Data Provision: You have willingly and voluntarily provided your personal data, including your driving licence number, RSA booking reference, and any login credentials required to access the RSA booking system. IrishDrivingTests.com has not obtained this information through any unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or deceptive means.
- Authorised Access: You expressly authorise IrishDrivingTests.com to access and manage your RSA driving test booking on your behalf. This authorisation is given freely and constitutes lawful, authorised access to the RSA system under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
- Understanding of RSA Position: You understand that the RSA recommends that driving test candidates manage their own bookings directly through the official RSA system. You acknowledge that by using IrishDrivingTests.com, you may be acting outside of RSA's recommended practices.
- April 2026 Regulatory Changes: You are aware that from April 2026, the RSA is implementing new rules regarding driving test bookings which may affect third-party booking management services. You accept full responsibility for your decision to use IrishDrivingTests.com and understand that we take no responsibility for any consequences arising from changes to RSA policies or regulations.
- No RSA Endorsement: You understand that IrishDrivingTests.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, recommended by, or connected to the RSA, RSA.ie, or any Irish government body. Our Service is not approved or sanctioned by the RSA.
