Sign in to MyRoadSafety and check the relevant driving goal, application and messages. Look for an active invitation or an existing appointment before deciding what to do with the calendar.

If the account shows a genuine error, save its wording and contact official support about that issue. Repeatedly searching for appointments will not correct an application-status problem. On the other hand, a working calendar with no suitable dates is an availability problem, not necessarily an account fault.

Keeping those two situations separate saves time. It also helps you avoid cancelling or starting another application simply because the dates you wanted were not visible.

You have an active booking invitation

The invitation normally gives you 10 days to select an appointment. The RSA's no-dates guidance advises checking again because appointments open regularly in most centres.

You already have a test but want to move it

Keep the details of your current booking while you review alternatives. For an ordinary test, open the manage-booking options and check the current conditions before changing anything. The RSA's booking-management page explains rescheduling and fee rules.
